Where can I find my order confirmation email after placing my order?

After placing your order on our website, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided once your order has been processed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer care team at care@guavaswim.com.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, which means we’re usually unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

However, if you contact us with the details of your request before your order has been shipped, we will always do our best to assist you.

When can I expect to receive my order?

For all orders, please allow 1 to 2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse. During sale periods or times of high demand, this timeframe may extend to 3 to 5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays, and delivery times exclude potential delays related to customs processing for international shipments.

For France, orders are delivered within 24 to 72 hours.

For Europe and international destinations, delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

If you have not received this email, please contact our customer care team.

Will I have to pay any additional duties or taxes?

For France and the European Union, no additional VAT or import duties apply.

For international orders outside the EU, VAT and import duties may apply depending on the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. Payment of these charges may be required in order to release your order upon arrival at customs.

We recommend checking the regulations in your country regarding the import of foreign goods and products.

If a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is not collected and is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping fees as well as any customs charges related to the re-importation of the swimwear. If the customs charges exceed the value of the swimwear, the parcel will be abandoned.

We ship to France and internationally.

During checkout, the countries available for delivery will be displayed directly at the payment stage.

Where are GUAVA swimsuits designed and made?

Our swimwear is imagined and designed in France, in Paris, and then crafted in Portugal, near Porto, ensuring ethical and responsible production alongside exceptional craftsmanship.

Our jewelry pieces are carefully assembled in France with the utmost attention to detail.

How do I care for my swimsuit?

To care for your swimsuit and keep it in perfect condition, please follow the care instructions below and on our Care page:

  • Rinse in cold water as soon as possible after wearing, following each swim.
  • Lay flat to dry on a clean surface in the shade or hang to dry.
  • Never machine wash (even on a delicate cycle) or tumble dry. Do not iron or bleach. Hand wash gently using mild soap only.
  • Avoid excessive heat, sunscreen, tanning lotions, perfumes, and any chemicals, as well as prolonged exposure to salt water, chlorine, spas, or overheated pools. These may damage or discolor your swimwear.
  • Avoid rough surfaces that may snag or pull the fabric.
  • For jewelry, handle with care. Avoid impact against hard surfaces for stones and excessive pulling on chains.
  • We encourage you to carefully follow the instructions above to preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces.

We cannot be held responsible for swimwear damaged due to improper washing or care.
