If the size or fit isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Kindly include:

• Your name and order number

• The style concerned

• Whether you would like an exchange (please specify the desired size) or a refund

Once your email has been sent, we will provide you with the return instructions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:

• In their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors

• Returned with original tags attached, the hygienic protective sticker intact, and without any marks or stains

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return shipping costs, including those for exchanges, remain the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
