Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

All orders are shipped from Paris, France.

 

2. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination
  • weight
  • selected carrier

Complimentary shipping is offered under the following conditions:

  • Mainland France: on orders over €250
  • Selected European countries (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden): on orders over €350
  • United Kingdom: on orders over £350
  • Switzerland: on orders over CHF 350
  • United States: on orders over $500 USD
  • Canada: on orders over $500 CAD
  • Selected Latin American countries (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil): on orders over €500

Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the final merchandise value after discounts and before taxes are applied.

For countries outside the Eurozone, the final charged amount may vary slightly depending on exchange rates applied at checkout.


3. DELIVERY TIMES (ESTIMATES)

  • France: 1 to 5 days
  • Europe: 3 to 6 days
  • USA / Canada: 3 to 7 days
  • International: 3 to 8 days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carriers, peak periods, or customs clearance procedures.


4. CARRIER & DELIVERY

Orders are entrusted to partner carriers (e.g., Colis Privé, Colissimo, Chronopost, FedEx).

Depending on the destination and shipping method selected, a signature may be required upon delivery.

We recommend inspecting the parcel upon receipt.

 

5. DELAYS / LOSS / THEFT

GUAVA is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • the carrier
  • customs authorities
  • circumstances beyond its control (force majeure)

In accordance with applicable law, the transfer of risk occurs when the customer takes physical possession of the parcel.

In the event of loss or theft, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.

If tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered, GUAVA’s liability may only be engaged in the event of proven carrier error.


6. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to GUAVA due to:

  • prolonged absence
  • failure to collect
  • refusal of delivery

The customer may request reshipment, with reshipping costs at their expense.


7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required by the destination country’s authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by GUAVA.

We recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in the parcel being returned, reshipping fees may be charged.

 

9. UNAVAILABLE DESTINATIONS

Certain addresses (P.O. boxes, military bases, or specific restricted areas) may not be eligible depending on the carrier.

If a destination cannot be serviced, this will be indicated at checkout or we will contact you directly.
